COMBAT HAPKIDO CLASSES
Combat Hapkido is an extremely realistic and versatile discipline of self protection that includes an extensive variety of strikes, kicks, joint locks, pressure points, ground survival and weapon disarming techniques. The result is a practical, comprehensive Self Defense system that is enjoyable to learn and that produces effective results in realistic situations. Combat Hapkido’s dynamic concepts are based on scientific principles of anatomy and biokinetics as well as psychology and strategy. It is well suited for men and women of all ages and sizes because physical strength and athletic abilities are not essential. The emphasis is on redirecting the assailants’ aggression and power back toward them with little effort and minimum force on your part. Combat Hapkido is ideal for those individuals who do not have the time, desire or ability to commit themselves to the demanding study of a traditional Martial Art.
YOUTH COMBAT HAPKIDO CLASSES
“Chung So Nyun” Hapkido is the youth version of our style, modified and structured to be easily taught to and safely learned by young students between the ages of 6 thru 11. “Youth Hapkido” is fun to learn, not boring, and provides the children a great cardiovascular work-out. However it is also serious Self Defense, not “play karate”, and it greatly improves the child's ability to protect themselves against any kind of assault and violence.
WOMEN'S MARTIAL FITNESS CLASSES
“Martial Fitness” classes are specifically designed to physically enhance, strengthen, and challenge participants in a fun, up-beat, and progressively challenging manner to the beat of music. Participants will not only get physically fit while having fun and losing weight, but will also learn simple yet effective Self Defense Techniques with every class!
